Monthly yearly we rent for whatever period you require. Rental rate vary with lease length and we provide significant discounts for long term leases (6 months or longer).

Q4 What does WTP lease?

Medium to high quality furniture in every style from modern to traditional styles, outdoor furniture, all types of accessories including artwork, prints, lamps, rugs, electrical appliances, kitchenware and linens.

Q5 How long does it take to deliver furnishings?

We guarantee delivery within 48 hours, 6 days a week!

Q6 What is involved in renting?

It’s simple
1. Select your furniture
2. Sign a rental application
3. Provide minimal credit information

Q7 Do I need to be home for delivery?

No, our design consultants will provide a complementary setup service. Most large apartment communities allow us to deliver while you are at work. We just need permission to enter your residence.

Q8 What are the costs?

Rental rates vary by lease term and the choices you make.

Q9 How do I notify you for extension, buy-out and etc…?

Notice may be given via fax, email or in writing.
